At InsideOut Tennis Academy, we lead with expertise. Dor Arnold spearheads our Padel program, bringing years of elite coaching experience to the court. Dor is ready to help you navigate the cage and elevate your tactical game.

Our Padel Curriculum

We offer a structured pathway designed for long-term development. We recommend starting with Private or Semi-Private (2 players), or joining a Group session (3-4 players) sessions to build a solid technical foundation before moving into match-play.

1. Introduction & Fundamentals

  • Core strokes: Understanding the grip and swing path.

  • Rules & Scoring: Getting you ready for your first match.

  • The Glass: Learning to read rebounds and wall dynamics.

2. Tactical Progression

  • Specialized shots: Mastering the Bandeja, Víbora, and the defensive Lob.

  • Net Dominance: Attacking strategies and "Chiquita" placement.

  • Court Movement: Synchronizing with your partner in doubles.

3. Match Play & Competition

  • Simulated match conditions and pressure points.

  • Defensive resilience: Playing off the back and side walls.

  • Padel-specific agility and explosive footwork.

Location & Equipment

  • Location: Training takes place at the premium padel facilities in Vitis Schlieren.

  • No Gear? No Problem: High-quality rackets and balls are available on-site for all our students.
