The InsideOut Tennis Academy offers different courses, camps, trainings, and events. In the following, for the sake of simplicity, only courses will be discussed, but the regulations apply equally to all camps, training courses, and events of the InsideOut Tennis Academy.

Registration & Prices:

• Submitting an online binding registration through our website or a paper form registration initiates a service contract with us. The Academy may accept or decline it. The contract is considered established when the Academy confirms a specific training date. The contract remains valid for the advertised duration and cannot be terminated early.

• Registering for a service is possible in person, over the phone, in writing or online, and obliges the customer to pay the training fee. Failure to pay the fee is not considered as cancellation.

• The prices are in CHF per person per lesson (one lesson corresponds to 60, 90, or 120 minutes depending on the offer).

• The price includes coaches, test rackets, balls, space rental, and various training aids.

• Group lessons and camps (for both kids and adults) are prepaid. Participants receive a personalized schedule with all training details. Lessons follow the holiday calendar of Canton Zurich and run for consecutive weeks. Additional sessions may be offered during cantonal holidays at an additional charge. Payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date.

• Individual training sessions are charged separately and an invoice will be sent monthly. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

• Payment reminder - If the payment is not done within the aforementioned period, a reminder will be sent. If the payment is still unpaid, an extra reminder will be sent every 7th day and an extra fee of CHF 10.- will be charged towards the owned amount.

• If an insufficient number of participants are registered for a course, the InsideOut Tennis Academy reserves the right to cancel the course at short notice. Any payments will be refunded.

• The InsideOut Tennis Academy reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, the prices, and the program at any time.

Prevention/Cancellation/Credit:

• The registration is binding. The consideration of the participants takes place after registration. Cancelling after the start of activities is not permitted due to our obligations to the other participants. If participation is not possible after registration for urgent reasons, the following rules apply:

• Individual training and group training (as a replacement) must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. We ask for a written cancellation by email to InsideOut.Tennis@outlook.com. If this is not taken into account, the training hour, including the court fee, will be charged in full. 

• Unattended group courses are non-refundable. Missed lessons cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Some group lesson packages allow 1 cancellation per season with a 14-days’ notice, in which the Academy will make the effort to find a replacement. If notice is shorter, it is the participant's responsibility to find a replacement or the spot is forfeited, with no compensation or replacement available. Trainings cancelled on time count as a remaining credit amount (not as a new training), and the rule for using such a credit applies.

• The following provisions apply to short-term cancellation of prepaid group lessons and camp participation (both for kids and adults): Up to 35 days before the start = no cancellation fee. Up to 15 days before the start = 30% cancellation fee on the total price. Within 15 days before the start = 50% cancellation fee on the total price. Within 5 days before the start or in the event of a no-show = 100% cancellation fee on the total price. Cancellation is not possible after the start of the activities. The declaration of withdrawal must be sent in writing and registered to the organizer, InsideOut Tennis Academy Goranov, Erlenrain 3, 8832 Wollerau.

• In case of rain, the training will take place in the hall if possible. In the event of a weather-related termination of training, a replacement program will be carried out in the remaining time if possible or the missing time will be compensated.

• The InsideOut Tennis Academy reserves the right to have the teacher replaced.

• If there is no cancellation of the collaboration 14 days before the end of a package or season, it will automatically continue for the same period regardless of seasonal changes.

• Any remaining training credit, gift card or a voucher must be redeemed until the end of the season in which it was ordered. If the player is unable to train due to a medical condition for more than 4 weeks, they can request to transfer the credit to the next season by providing a medical certificate. If such a credit is not used in the next season, it expires without the option for a refund or compensation.

Liability/Jurisdiction:

• The Academy, including all associated parties, will not be held responsible for any losses or injuries suffered by the participant during a course, regardless of cause. Participants are responsible for their own insurance, including relatives or companions.

• Obligation for underage kids is limited to the training period. The Academy reserves the right to exclude a player who doesn't follow instructions or disrupts the session. Parents/guardians must pick up the player in such case. There is no refund of the training fee.

• Damage to property during the course of the course is charged at the expense of, or at least negligently causes or causes.

• The place of jurisdiction is Wollerau SZ. Swiss laws shall apply exclusively to these Terms.

• All rights, including translations, reproductions, and reprints of training materials, even in extracts, are reserved. No reproductions may be made without the written permission of the Tennis Academy.
